Pimp My Guitar provides custom vinyl skins and wraps printed to order based on customer-submitted images, descriptions, or specifications. All products are made-to-order and produced after purchase.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

 

2. CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products sold by Pimp My Guitar are custom-made. Because of the personalized nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
     

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders
     

  • Order changes are only possible before production begins
     

Once printing starts, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

 

3. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT & COPYRIGHT

By uploading images, designs, logos, or descriptions, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or
     

  • You have legal permission to use the content for printing
     

You agree that Pimp My Guitar is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted materials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without proof of permission
     

  • Hate speech, illegal content, or offensive material
     

The customer assumes full legal responsibility for all submitted content.

 

4. DESIGN PROOFS & APPROVAL

Some custom orders may require a design proof prior to printing.

  • Proofs are sent digitally when necessary
     

  • Production begins only after approval
     

  • Once a proof is approved, Pimp My Guitar is not responsible for errors, including spelling, sizing, or layout issues
     

Additional changes after approval may result in extra fees.

 

5. MATERIALS & APPLICATION DISCLAIMER

Our vinyl skins and wraps are printed on premium adhesive vinyl and are designed to be removable when properly applied and removed.

However:

  • Proper installation is the customer’s responsibility
     

  • Pimp My Guitar is not liable for damage caused by improper application or removal
     

  • Always follow provided installation instructions
     

We are not responsible for damage to guitars, devices, finishes, surfaces, or coatings.

 

6. SIZE, FIT & DIMENSIONS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.

If dimensions are incorrect:

  • Pimp My Guitar is not responsible for misfit
     

  • Reprints may require a new purchase
     

For signs and banners:

  • Maximum width is 24 inches
     

  • Length may vary
     

  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual dimensions
     

 

7. PRODUCTION TIME

Production times vary depending on order complexity and volume.

  • Standard production time is estimated and not guaranteed
     

  • Rush orders are prioritized but still subject to production limitations
     

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed proof approvals.

 

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping times are estimates only
     

  • Carrier delays are outside our control
     

  • Pimp My Guitar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
     

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

9. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds or returns are offered for approved custom orders
     

  • Replacements are only provided if the product arrives damaged or defective due to production error
     

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

 

10. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
     

  • “Starting at” prices may increase based on size, complexity, or design requirements
     

  • Full payment is required before production begins
     

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, logos, designs, and text belong to Pimp My Guitar and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pimp My Guitar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
     

  • Improper application or use of vinyl products
     

  • Customer-submitted content issues
     

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

 

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations or inappropriate content.

 

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
